Serving the Population
The Institution aims to provide the highest standard of care to both out-patient and in-patient population, this is reflected by the out-patient care services offered from Saturday-Thursday 0800H-1600H and with the in-patient care services which is offered 24 hours, 7 days a week.
Having a 350-bed capacity, KKH & PSCHS caters around 14,000 in-patient cases, and 190,000-210,000 ER cases (admitted and not admitted) both Saudis and Non-Saudis. It provides in-patient services for all age group and for all types of people, regardless of the race and nationality. These in-patients are distributed to different wards according to the category established for each nursing ward units.
